The boots came in the original Gucci box with the matching shoe bags and all of the original Gucci paperwork. They were packed beautifully. The service was great and the price was the very best out there! Will definitely keep shopping there. The boots appeared to never have been worn, with the original tags still on the booths and the original tags and plastic on the boxes.
