Runway Catalog ships all over the world with FedEx. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. Orders over $200 require signature upon delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery time to the USA is 1-2 business days; Canada from 1 to 3 days, Rest of the world from 3 to 8 business days.
We ship with FedEx and our shipping rates are determined by FedEx based on the weight of your order as well as the recipient’s zip code. You will be able to review the rate for your specific order before finalizing the payment.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations.
To make things easier for you, we ship to over 30 countries with duties and taxes included. Unpaid) and may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. If you are attempting to checkout and receive the following error message ‘transaction cannot be processed’ please contact your bank in order for them to authorize the transaction.
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships. If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization.
This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. You will receive a full refund within 2-3 business days after the initiation of the cancelation.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info @runwaycatalog.com to your safe sender list. You can always request details of your shipment by sending an email at info @runwaycatalog.com
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately either by phone or email.
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.
New items can sell out quickly; Runway Catalog operates on limited items per style/size and season. For this reason normally once an item gets out of stock it means that we cannot find it anymore in our network. If though you are really interested in a specific item send us an email and we will try to search more extensively for you.
Occasionally things don't fit or the style just doesn't work. We get that. So if you have to return or exchange an item, here are the steps:
1. Request a return/exchange within 5 days of receipt of your parcel by emailing returns @ runwaycatalog.com. All items marked Final Saleare not eligible for returns or exchanges. Damages/defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Include a brief description for the return and the order number.
2. Returns/exchanges must be shipped for return within the time frame stated in your RA email.
3. All returned merchandise must be in its original unworn condition with tags attached. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. The red plastic tag must not be removed. Return of merchandise with missing red tag will be rejected and send back to the customer -NO exceptions.
Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition.
4. Ship using a trackable method at your expense. Returns from the U.S. should be shipped via theUnited States Postal Service (USPS). Returns that are shipped with any service other than USPS will incur brokerage fees, which may be deducted from your refund at the discretion of Runway Catalog.
5. All returned merchandise should be declared as a"Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration form; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.
6. The initial shipping fees incurred by Runway Catalog will be deducted from the refund.
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 2 business days of receiving the merchandise at the our warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
