Focusing on statement items and working only with reliable stockists, we are able to offer you high quality, big names and a curated list of must-haves on sale.

We are based in Montreal, Canada and currently have no physical location. However, you can shop with us 24/7 from around the world! 

Shipping, Duty, Taxes

Runway Catalog ships all over the world with DHL. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number. All orders require signature upon delivery. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. 

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery time to the USA is 1-2 business days; Canada from 1 to 3 days, Rest of the world from 3 to 8 business days. 

We ship with DHL and our shipping rates are determined by DHL based on the weight of your order as well as the recipient’s zip code. You will be able to review the rate for your specific order before finalizing the payment.

To make things easier for you, we ship to over 30 countries with duties and taxes included.  


We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Klarna, Pay Bright and Shopify Payments, and PayPal. Please note only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships. If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization.

This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

All information shared with Runway Catalog when placing an order is confidential. We use secure systems in order to insure that details pertaining to your accounts remain private. For more information on our secure network please visit our Terms & Conditions section.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately either by phone or email. 

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

Returns and Exchanges

Occasionally things don't fit or the style just doesn't work. We get that. So if you have to return or exchange an item, here are the steps:

1. Request a return/exchange within 5 days of receipt of your parcel by emailing returns @ runwaycatalog.com. All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages/defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Include a brief description for the return and the order number.

For reasons of hygiene and the personal safety of our customers, we regret that the following items may not be returned: pierced earrings, hosiery, underwear and swimwear. Items that do not comply with this return policy will be sent back to you.

2. Returns/exchanges must be shipped for return within the time frame stated in your RA email.

3. All returned merchandise must be in its original unworn condition with tags attached. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. The red plastic tag must not be removed. Return of merchandise with missing red tag will be rejected and send back to the customer - NO exceptions.

Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition.

4. The initial shipping fees and the return shipping fee incurred by Runway Catalog will be deducted from the refund.
