Updated Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we no longer accept returns for refunds, we are pleased to offer exchanges or gift cards on eligible items.

ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

If you change your mind, you may request an exchange or gift card within 5 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will issue a return label. You will have 5 business days to ship the item back.

CONDITIONS

To qualify, items must be returned in original condition:

  • unworn, unwashed, unaltered

  • original tags attached

  • plastic security tag intact

  • no makeup, deodorant marks, scent, or damage

Items returned not meeting these conditions will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

KLARNA PURCHASES

Orders placed with Klarna are eligible for exchange or gift card only. Refunds are not available for Klarna orders.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for exchanges or gift cards:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Jewelry

  • Intimates

  • Swimwear

Items returned despite this policy will be sent back at an additional charge.

SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • If applicable, you may contact your local customs authority to request reimbursement for duties/taxes paid upon import by providing proof of export.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your item is received and inspected, please allow 1–20 business days for processing. You will receive email notification when:

  1. Your return package is received

  2. Your exchange or gift card has been issued

FAULTY ITEMS

If you received a faulty item, we sincerely apologize. Please email returns@runwaycatalog.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Please note: Items damaged through normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, or misuse are not considered faulty.

RETURN POLICY

Returning eligible items for a refund will now come with a 4% PROCESSING FEE. Choose  STORE CREDIT to avoid this fee. Shipping label costs also apply. 

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return the item back to us within 5 days from receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:

RETURNING CONDITION

Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. The plastic security tag must NOT be removed. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

REFUNDS

4% processing fees and shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. The shipping deduction will cover both the initial shipping charges incurred when the item was sent to you and the return shipping charges (flat fee of $46) to send it back to our facility. Items purchased with Klarna an/or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns;

KLARNA

Orders placed with Klarna are Final Sale only eligible for a store credit or exchange;

FINAL SALE

Item/s marked as "final sale', jewelry, intimates, and swimwear are not eligible for returns.  If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge;

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards may not be returned;

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 1-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team returns@runwaycatalog.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
