Updated Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we no longer accept returns for refunds, we are pleased to offer exchanges or gift cards on eligible items.
ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
If you change your mind, you may request an exchange or gift card within 5 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will issue a return label. You will have 5 business days to ship the item back.
CONDITIONS
To qualify, items must be returned in original condition:
- unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- original tags attached
- plastic security tag intact
- no makeup, deodorant marks, scent, or damage
Items returned not meeting these conditions will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
KLARNA PURCHASES
Orders placed with Klarna are eligible for exchange or gift card only. Refunds are not available for Klarna orders.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for exchanges or gift cards:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Jewelry
- Intimates
- Swimwear
Items returned despite this policy will be sent back at an additional charge.
SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- If applicable, you may contact your local customs authority to request reimbursement for duties/taxes paid upon import by providing proof of export.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your item is received and inspected, please allow 1–4 business days for processing. You will receive email notification when:
- Your return package is received
- Your exchange or gift card has been issued
FAULTY ITEMS
If you received a faulty item, we sincerely apologize. Please email returns@runwaycatalog.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Please note: Items damaged through normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, or misuse are not considered faulty.
