Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final unless explicitly eligible for exchange or store credit under the conditions below. Refunds are not offered. By completing a purchase on Runway Catalog, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Eligibility Window
- Requests for exchange or store credit must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier).
- Requests submitted outside this window will not be approved.
- Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 business days.
- Returns shipped after this period will be rejected.
2. Item Condition
Returned items must arrive in original condition, including all of the following:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags attached
- Plastic security tag intact and untampered
- No makeup marks, deodorant residue, scent, damage, or signs of wear
Items failing inspection will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at an additional charge. Inspection decisions are final.
3. Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Jewelry
- Intimates
- Swimwear
Any attempt to return a final sale item will result in the item being sent back at the customer’s expense.
4. Klarna Purchases
Orders placed using Klarna are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for Klarna purchases, in accordance with Klarna’s payment terms.
5. Shipping, Duties & Taxes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- If applicable, customers may contact their local customs authority to request reimbursement of duties or taxes paid upon import. Runway Catalog does not issue such refunds.
6. Processing Time
- All returns are inspected upon receipt.
- Please allow 1–4 business days for processing after inspection is completed.
- Customers will be notified by email once processing is finalized.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
8. Important Notice
Unauthorized chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals that contradict this policy may result in:
- Rejection of the dispute with supporting documentation
- Permanent account restrictions
- Refusal of future service
